Villa Tany is located in a quiet location surrounded by nature, between the sea and the Mediterranean scrub.

You must inform the property of your arrival time in advance.
🔑 Check-out

Late check-out until 1:00 PM costs €75
🚪 Gates
The gates are never locked; they are opened and closed manually. We recommend closing them at night. The area is extremely quiet and there are no particular security concerns. We recommend this simply to prevent wild animals from entering the property in search of water or food.
In the area it is normal to spot: wild boars, mouflons, cats, hares, hedgehogs...
It's part of the charm of Elba Island and the natural setting surrounding Villa Tany.
🦎 Nature and little guests
The villa is immersed in a very natural and authentic environment.
For this reason, you may occasionally notice birds' nests under the eaves, geckos, lizards, butterflies, and many seasonal insects...
This is nothing unusual and is a typical feature of homes surrounded by greenery.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, but no protection can completely eliminate the occasional presence of small insects.

Cancellation: Cancellation policy: within 21 days of arrival with a full refund of the deposit.
Payment: 30% advance payment
Children and beds: Children of all ages are welcome.
For detailed information regarding prices and occupancy, please inform the host of the number and ages of children staying at the time of booking.
Cribs and extra beds: Upon request, free (subject to availability).
This property does not offer extra beds (except for exceptions).
Smoking is not permitted inside.
Parties: Parties/events are not permitted.
Pets: Pets are welcome. Free! There is no extra charge. A security deposit may be required, which is returned at the end of the stay, at the host's discretion.

We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible.
If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately.
For example: Unusual presence of ants, Breakdowns or malfunctions, Questions about using the house, Any other needs... We will be happy to assist you.
We have a local representative who can respond quickly if needed and provide support directly on site.
